  This school has racial issues they don't want to acknowledge. For one, their mascot is the "confederates," which current generation knows is problematic. When facing an opponent with another problematic mascot, the "Indians," they had a pep rally where they said "incarcerate the Indians" and had the audacity to allow their students to culturally appropriate native Americans. They also allowed their students to dress up as cops and arrest these native Americans. This is just disgusting to hear about as a student, as this school should be more aware of the hatred native Americans face on the daily, and how the school should know the "confederates" has a racist history. I'd say I'm dissapointed, but not surprised.
